CONTEMPORARY FINE ART DIGITAL PRINTS INSPIRED BY THE COAST
Browse and buy photographic, limited edition contemporary fine art prints and cards inspired by the coast.
Over the last eleven years, as a digital collage artist, I have developed a collection of nearly one hundred Seascape fine art prints. I digitally juxtapose and layer original photographic imagery in order to create surreal, poetic images. I try to capture a sense of the British coastline. Find images inspired by the Kent, Sussex, Suffolk, Dorset and Cornish Coastlines as well as some Scottish and Cumbrian locations.
Each part of the coastline carves it’s own personality and sense of space which offers different source material for images. These are places one can breathe and I try to capture this sense of space in her artwork.
From expansive dune lined, beaches, which change their stranded sand patterns with every tide, to rocky strands piled with pebbles. Promenades lined with colourful beach huts and deckchairs show our wish to find connection with these places.
Harbours full of weathered boats, strewn with fishing ephemera, ropes, and buoys, filled with the smell of fish and oysters. Quiet almost forgotten places which have seen better days. All are rich sources of visual inspiration, which find their way into the photomontages images.
I love colour and create with an awareness of how colour captures different moods. Look through the seascape collection to find images filled with subtle, dreamy hues, to bright bold colour palettes. There is something to suit any interior and similarly, art to suit any wall.
FINE ART DIGITAL PRINTS
I create original digital prints of artwork created on the computer. These are not reproductions of a physical painting. Prints come in three sizes, so can be chosen as a focal point or an enhancement to a room. These small limited editions are printed on Hahnemuhle bright white, cotton rag archival paper with UV resistant inks, exceeding museum standards for longevity in a print.
